‘Having had brilliant massage therapists in Australia, I was worried that I wouldn’t find anyone to a similar standard when I moved to London. During my first session with Catherine, I knew I had come across an exceptional specialist and had nothing to worry about. With an impressive and varied background of massage styles and a thorough knowledge of injuries and treatments, Catherine is a highly educated and trusted professional that I would recommend to anyone.’
‘Catherine has been providing a very high standard of sport massage and remedial treatment as well as advice on specific stretching exercises to me for a number of months. I feel that Catherine has played a significant role in my recovery from trochantric bursitis, ischiogluteal bursitis and tensor fasciae latae strain. Catherine is organised, efficient and courteous… Although I do not have holistic massage with Catherine I do notice that due to her pleasant, polite and positive personality I always feel more relaxed after my massage despite working very long hours under considerable pressure during the day. For someone that has so recently graduated I have been impressed by Catherine’s knowledge, communication skills and excellent memory of previous treatments.’
‘Catherine is a fantastic masseuse. She is extremely professional, knows many different techniques that allow her to adapt her style to suit her clients needs. I have regular weekly sessions with her for my bad back and I have noticed a big improvement in discomfort and posture since sessions began, I’m happy with quite a hard massage and she doesn’t disappoint, it’s definitely not a simple back rub!’
‘I’ve had a chance to work with Catherine on a couple of occasions and I’m extremely pleased with her skill and the results from her deep tissue massage. She’s very sensitive to my individual needs, and works where I need it most — she has even sped up my recovery from a recent injury. I’m really happy with her and would definitely recommend her.’
‘I saw Catherine for massages throughout my pregnancy, from week 13 until the day my daughter was born, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! She instantly puts you at ease (particularly nice when you are feeling rather self conscious about your big belly and swollen limbs). Every time I left the therapy room I felt like a weight had been lifted from me and my aching legs and back felt so much better. She has a wonderfully firm touch and has really ironed out all of my pregnancy tensions. My daughter was two days overdue when I last visited Catherine and, at my request, she went to work on the pressure points supposed to encourage a baby on its way. Four hours later I went into labour – and I was feeling much less achey and tense than I had before I saw Catherine!! My daughter is now eight weeks old and I’ll be going back to see Catherine as soon as I can arrange a babysitter!’
‘Catherine Stone performed massage on me several times during her training. I was so happy with each treatment she did! (I’m a therapist myself semi-retired, ) and was amazed by her professional standards . She has wonderful communication skills and massage skills. She will be a great asset to the business. I would like to pay tribute to the College that trained her to be a top therapist! I wish her luck in the future!’
‘As a Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist it is important that I also get regular massage treatment to keep me in good physical condition. Catherine provides a courteous and professional service which improves my recovery time in between sessions and leaves me feeling rested and fit for work.’
